How do I take care of my jewellery?
Your lifestyle will determine the longevity of the piece. Keeping the piece cool and dry is key.
To prolong the life of your jewelry, never wear it while sleeping, exercising, showering, or swimming, and avoid contact with water as these activities can damage or discolor it permanently. Avoid any moisture or chemicals on the pieces, such as perfume, hand sanitizer, lotion, oil, makeup, etc.
Keep pieces dry and store in a cool, airtight bag when not wearing. The piece should be the last thing you put on before going out and the first thing you take off when you come home.

Does the jewelry tarnish?
Just like any other fashion pieces, like clothing or shoes, fashion jewellery will wear with use. The amount of use and wear will differ per person. Our pieces are meant for occasional wear. Â
Fashion jewelry is a more cost-effective way to achieve the look of fine, solid gold jewelry, but it will not last as long. As our pieces are not solid gold, our fashion jewelry can tarnish depending on customer care, environmental conditions/lifestyle, and the skin's natural acidity and moisture levels can affect the metals.
With proper care, the ring can last a long time.Â

How much can I adjust an adjustable ring?
Most adjustable rings are slightly adjustable +/-1 size. We highly recommend setting the size and adjusting it as little as possible.

What are the pieces made of?
The materials of specific pieces are all in the item description. All our jewellery is handmade from high-quality materials. Most pieces are plated with either 14k-16k Gold, Rhodium, or Rose Gold on 92.5 Sterling Silver or Brass.
Earring posts are made from 92.5 Sterling Silver or Surgical Steel. Â

How do I know what my ring size is?
Youâll find the ring size chart just below "Finishes" on each ring listing.
All our sizes are in US sizing. The most accurate way is simply to go down to your local jeweller and get your finger sized. However, feel free to try out this printable ring sizer to measure your finger. :)

Do you offer gift packaging?
All our jewelry is gift ready, packaged in a StatementGrey Gift Pouch or Gift Box. If you have any special packaging requests, please make a note in the order at checkout or send us an email (StatementGrey.etsy@gmail.com).

All prices are in CANADIAN DOLLAR (CAD) but can be changed to your country's currency in the top right corner.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, the 'Local Pickup' option is available at checkout. Please send us an email or include a âOrder Special Instructionsâ note with the requested pick-up date and time. We typically need about 24 hours to have orders ready. Our pick-ups are usually left in our mailbox for customers to pick up at their convenience.

At this time, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for items bought from a retailer location.Â

I received a broken item. What do I do?

The piece broke while I was wearing it. What do I do?Â
We do hand-make and hand-check each piece of jewelry with love and care. Â If the item does break, we would be happy to try and repair the item for you. Just send us an email at StatementGrey.etsy@gmail.com with a photo for a repair quote.
